Ngulia Safari Lodge

Ngulia Safari Lodge, built in 1969, is located in Tsavo West National Park which a home to a big host of wild animals. The Lodge is perched on the Ndawe Escarpment just below Ngulia Hills, overlooking the Rhino Sanctuary surrounded by Scenic Hills.

Ngulia Safari Lodge no doubt has one of the most breathtaking views in Kenya. Guests take guided expeditions to Mzima Springs (a living Oasis inhabited with fish, crocodiles and hippos), Hippo Point (inhabited with hippos and crocodiles), Shetani Caves, Chaimu Lava flows, Kichwa Tembo and Roaring Rocks among others.

Rhino Valley Lodge

This tented lodge is set against the backdrop of the rugged but scenic Ngulia Hills of Tsavo National Park. Rhino Valley Lodge offers the most idyllic view of the pristine Tsavo West National Park which teams with thousands of wildlife including rhinos.

These can be viewed all year round from the verandas of the Rhino Valley Lodge bandas as they frequent the water pond just a few meters below the camp.

Ziwani Tented Camp

With spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, and easy access to the wild attractions of Tsavo West National Park, Voyager Ziwani offers a tranquil retreat in one of the wildest places left on Earth.

The camp, located in Tsavo West, sits on a secluded dam on the Sante River – home to turtles, crocodiles and hundreds of basking hippos.

Voyager Ziwani, is a delightful camp with newly renovated tents and plenty of activities for the whole family. The Adventurers’ Club will keep the children well and truly occupied whilst teaching them about the environment and wildlife

Plenty of activities are available including a tour of Gicheha farm, trips to the twin volcanic lakes of Chala and Jipe, visits to the historical tower and tombs of Grogan’s Castle and tours of the World War II battlefields on Slaughter Hill. Masai dancers will entertain you in the evening.

Sarova Saltlick Lodge

For decades Salt Lick Safari Lodge has been one of Kenya’s flagship lodges, famed for being among the World’s Most Photographed Lodges. A favourite amongst travellers in search of luxury accommodation, Salt Lick Safari Lodge is a luxurious safari escape set in the heart of the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary overlooking a waterhole and the vast Tsavo plains.

Salt Lick Safari Lodge has 96 unique rooms, all elevated on stilts and built across two levels, with ensuite bathrooms with permanent showers and WC, and running hot and cold water.

Lions Bluff Lodge

Secluded and exclusive, Lions Bluff is suspended above an ancient elephant migratory corridor, with stunning panoramic views extending across the Lumo Community Sanctuary and the Tsavo eco-system to the majestic Mt Kilimanjaro.

Eleven of the rooms are built out from the hill on wooden stilts, with wooden floors, canvas walls and traditional coconut palm thatch roofs, one is built in the same style but with ferrous cement walls and private canvas walled verandah.

The most recent addition is a traditional stone walled cottage with two bedrooms whose exterior walls are painted with the red soils of Tsavo, the interior rooms have high ceilings to keep the room cool and a shared long veranda with a coconut palm thatch roof.
